Yummy Mountain - Part One

Last weekend we took a local bus and ventured up to Yang Ming Shan Mountain (the locals refer to it as "Yummy Mountain) for the annual Flower Festival. The cherry blossoms, rhododendruns and ...ok those are the only 2 flowers I could identify (!) were starting to bloom. It appeared most of Taipei had the same idea - we had to stand on a crowded bus for about 1 1/2 hours to travel a mere 12 miles...but it was well worth the trip as you can see!

Hi Sue,
Nice to see you. Pretty pictures. Your daughter is a cutie.
I have two. Children, that is.
Girls. Gotta love em!

I replied to you back at my blog about Dana Reeve.
Thanks for visiting! It's always nice to hear from you.

Hi Sue!!!
I finally found your blog!!! Great to hear from you yesterday!!! So sorry I missed the special day. I just got home to the pups...been on the road since 2/26...YIKES!!! You guys seem to be doing great, and Anjoli looks to be enjoying herself as well. Weird being in SD and not seeing you guys. Had a shoot in La Jolla a week ago yesterday.

Thanks Sue! Yeah I do love my girl. I think I need to dedicate a blog just to her!

Yay gramparoe has a blog (coming soon)! I'm glad you found mine...
You can post your pictures!
It's super easy - if I can do it anyone can.
All the pictures of Yummy Mountain were taken with the Canon. I'll post more (we just downloaded stuff from San Diego and here yesterday).
Hopefully my photography will improve (as I read the Idiot's Guide!) and not be so touristy.
Thanks again for giving it to us!
